By creating a StepStreak account, you agree to these terms. Contact support@stepstreak.com with questions.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use StepStreak's account and social features. Sign in with Apple is the only supported login. Keep access to your Apple ID and device secure.

Fair play

StepStreak rankings use eligible Apple Health-derived step totals. Manually entered steps and steps imported by third-party apps do not count toward server XP or live rankings. Do not falsify activity, tamper with the app, automate requests, evade integrity checks, manipulate rankings, spam invitations, or abuse another person's account.

Community rules

Do not use abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, deceptive, or impersonating usernames or report text. Do not harass other walkers, send repeated unwanted requests, or use StepStreak for illegal conduct. You can report or block another walker in the app. We may remove content, reset usernames, limit social features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when reasonably necessary to investigate safety or security concerns.

Friends and leagues

Friend requests require acceptance. Local League uses the country or region you select and does not require GPS. Region changes may be locked temporarily for fairness. AI League walkers are fictional practice rivals and never enter live rankings. Rankings can change as Apple Health data refreshes or integrity checks are applied. StepStreak does not offer cash prizes.

Your content and license

You keep responsibility for the usernames and report details you submit. You give StepStreak a limited license to process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and moderate the service.

Health disclaimer

StepStreak is a walking motivation app, not a medical device or medical advice. Goals and achievements are motivational, not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Stop activity and seek qualified medical guidance when appropriate for your health.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve StepStreak. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a permanent ranking, streak, badge, XP balance, or Pathfinder level. We will not intentionally remove valid progress without a product, integrity, safety, or legal reason.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using StepStreak, sign out, or delete your account in Profile. We may restrict or close accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these terms. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Apple

StepStreak is independent from Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for StepStreak, its support, or these terms. Apple Health, Sign in with Apple, TestFlight, and the App Store are Apple services governed by Apple's terms.
